福州市自然资源和规划局邀请到福建省建筑设计研究院顾问总建筑师黄汉民，UAC创始人、设计总监张希春来到福州，在福州规划馆开展特色历史文化街区保护复兴系列专题讲座。

福州市自然资源和规划局吴建青调研员出席致辞并主持讲座，福州市名城委、福州市文物局、各县（市）区政府、各特色历史文化街区设计和运营团队、新闻媒体等部门单位代表到场聆听。

建筑师黄汉民从福建的山脉水系来解读福建传统建筑，赞美了福建客家土楼、福建土堡、红砖民居等民居。他认为，福建传统建筑形式多样、风格各异、特色显著。地域建筑特色是对本地区建设资源（广义资源、自然资源、人文资源）的最佳利用；地域建筑形式体现了本土千百年文化的积淀，融入了当地人的情感，反映地域集体的审美情趣。

UAC创始人兼设计总监张希春主张“要让空间回归于人”，目前不少城市在历史文化保护街区时存在共同的弊病：忽略基本的功能性、文化元素的滥用与堆砌、生搬硬套的夸张艺术处理，历史建筑不仅是旅游景点，也是故事的承载体，要做到尊重历史、尊重功能、尊重人；建设好的历史文化街区-设计思考从规划、尺度、视觉、配置等4个方面入手，要尊重历史的痕迹，通过新的方式展现过去与现在；如何体现城市品质-从公共家具和标识系统、店招、社区等方面入手，打造更有商业竞争力的城市；留下对城市深刻美好的印象需要做到如下三点-1.进入城市区域，感受城市的秩序感、2.进入绿道绿地，产生品质感、3.离开城市区域，发现明显的城市品牌边界感。

The characteristics of regional architecture are the best use of construction resources (generalized resources, natural resources, and human resources) in the region; the regional architectural form reflects the accumulation of thousands of years of local culture, incorporates the emotions of local people, and reflects the aesthetic taste of regional collectives.

Zhang Xichun, founder and design director of UAC, advocates "returning space to people." At present, many cities have common disadvantages when protecting historical and cultural blocks: neglecting basic functionality, abuse of cultural elements and stacking, and exaggerated artistic treatment. Historical buildings are not only tourist attractions, but also the carrier of the story. We must respect history, function, and people; build well-established historical and cultural districts-design thinking starts from the four aspects of planning, scale, vision, and configuration. Respecting the traces of history, showing the past and present in new ways; how to reflect the quality of the city-starting from public furniture and signage systems, store recruitment, communities, etc., to create a more commercially competitive city; leaving a profound and beautiful city The impression needs to do the following three points: 1.
